If you are referring to the 60,000 shares it says he has. I am not sure I agree with you on this.

As an officer in the company he is required by law to disclose any position he has with the company, hence the purpose of a mandatory Form 3. I believe this is shares he has purchased himself, before he became an officer. Otherwise, MSLP would have had to disclose the allocation of those shares to him.... right?
