NOL's are worthless - "This has been bugging me ever since"
Statutes on NOL's changes over 30 years ago. A company loses most NOL's in a reverse merger. They only get to keep an amount equal to the value of the company on the date the reverse merger occurs and then they only get to use about 1/25th of than in any year. Since ASYI's market cap is about $500,000 that is the amount of NOL's that would remain. Less than $3000 of that could be used in any year. So they are worthless.
