An uplisting would most likely be a requirement for any big player to enter into a JV or swap deal. This is why Eric has told numerous people his #1 priority is the financials. They may not be pretty, seeing as product just started to sell on Amazon, but the fact they are completing them is good enough. This should put them in the right direction.
