Please don't mislead by stating 1.2 billion shares were reg for sale. it is a dollar amount that could be spread out over the course of a year. Actual amount of shares depend on what price he decides to sell them at.Just some clarification as price could be lower or much higher than where we are now before he begins to sell. Time will tell
