Question about Level 2 on IHUB.

I have Level 2 quotes through IHUB. This newbie has 2 questions.
I have a bid in still from yesterday. It did not show up on the Level 2 board yesterday, nor is it there today. Why do some bids not show up?

Also, I will see an ask price with 5000 shares. But then someone will buy 100,000 shares and that ask price and 5000 shares still remains. Why is that? Is there a way that people can hide their bid and ask quantities?
