just had a thought....just maybe an uplisting is the ultimate goal....here with the increase in A/S and a possible increase of O/S to principles of the company, a reverse split may be just what the doctor ordered.....with just a little news , this could go to .20......then a 1 for 10 split....= 2.00 share price..they could go to major exchange easily..hmmmm
