I believe Subco may be RENS. Is it possible that FFGO filed a Form 15-12G while being revoked? Not sure if that is possible. So the odds are RENS, who recently did file a Form 15-12G.

no, it's quite impossible FFGO did no such thing

and

Subco can be RENS if you wish it to be
At this time, it is considered highly unlikely that the Company will be extending its relationship with Subco as this Company's Management foresees significant reorganization at Subco.
