The stock is obviously oversold and it my opinion bottomed.
The people doing PEIX financing seem to agree.
When was the lest time you saw financing that converted to a higher price then the pps in the open market?

What irritates me is the ugly way PEIX is handling public regulations. Prolific Ethanol is acting like it doesn't need new retail investors.
