Sorry! But private transactions CAN occur for revoked stocks such as FFGO.

ETrade is offering $1 per position to remove shares from retail traders' accounts. That offer is a private transaction.

The same type of private transaction ETrade may be performing in the future, but this time, for $1 per share.

Brokers will continue to make such offers and attempt to convince shareholders to write off worthless shares ahead of the record date.
