I've read there are currently 22 states that are possible to sell the service. The the company does state that once "critical mass" occurs in Texas, that it plans on doing just what you ask. One step at a time though. :)
We are way undervalued right now IMO. News on further possible developments will send this.
.001 has been solid support for months. We have adequate awareness for a solid run with many eyes watching. I hold many shares and believe this is going to do very well near term. GLTA EVPH!!
