Hello drrugby, I appreciate your knowledge and expertise on this case and when you say "black or white" outcome; I agree to the extent there will be some sort of outcome. Do you not think this Judge would say or do something to let these people involved know they had better settle based on the information at hand?

The people involved should know how lopsided this case really is to go ahead and settle or do you think the Government does not really care and should they lose they will just tie this up for another several years on appeal before they pay anything?

My thoughts are any NORMAL party would settle when they are in a lopsided case but maybe because we are dealing with the Government a normal rational party does not apply? I am always interested in your thoughts on this case. Thank you and have a great upcoming weekend!
