Warrant Agreement Amended (6/30/12)

Effective 6/30/12, CPKA entered into an amendment to its warrant agreement with the holders of the Company’s warrants. The purpose is to extend the expiration date of the warrants from 9/07/12 until 9/07/14 and to remove the put feature and reduced exercise price feature. The exercise price and all other terms of the original warrant agreement remain the same.
