Mickey, the POR has just been filed, it is by no means "over". I am pretty sure there will be changes/modifications over the next 3 months as it goes through the approval process but no, shareholders are not "left out in the cold"

As to the trading issue, according to the POR, old shares will be canceled and replaced with shares in the "Newco" This will probably happen upon our exit from BK towards the end of the year.
