You are talking about two completeley different things nyc...

the "Letter" referenced in your earlier post is in the filing..you know...the one that starts out with "This letter" from Fain and Mcnamara's counsel....that has to do with Torvec and thus was obviously addressed in the Torvec 10Q..

The lawsuit you refer to is pertaining to the Gleasman's and Floyd Cady...which everyone who follows this situation has known about since the newspaper article came out that you referenced...

So, what did you think of the minutes that were included inthe 10Q...you were looking to get ahold of minutes...what do you think..?
