Not normally. But Mr. Simmonds owns Lumonall. Is it possible that he is giving shares of Lumonall to his friendly WLSA shareholders as part of some reverse meger scenario? I find it strange that Lumonall has coincidentally risen from the grave and is now contemplating buying a Nevada company (WLSA is also a Nevada company).
