Summons..? Complaint..?

The letter from counsel for Fain and Mcnamara, which was sent to Torvec and is included in the filing, starts out with this exact phrase.....

"This letter is written on behalf of Read McNamara and Philip Fain,"......blah,blah,blah...(the blah, blah, blah part is my own edification)

It is critical that you pay attention in class if you are going to have a chance at that scholarship...

Hey nycinvest....you were on this forum a few weeks back whining about board minutes from Torvec....what do you think of those minutes..?
