Under H-W, Teva needs to get (tentative) FDA approval before the expiration of the 30-month H-W stay in order to preserve the 180-day first-filer exclusivity.

That's why I wrote "if Teva is the exclusivity holder and gets approved tomorrow?" I have two speculations here:
that Teva is the 1st to file and that there's still time for Teva to get (tentative) FDA approval before losing the first-filer exclusivity. Am I correct?
