And neither would Gary Davis have excepted unless he has been hansomely rewarded with monies and stock options which probably is OK ( if it's a reasonable compensation which we haven't seen in the past) since he will be, IMO, an asset to MSLP and us but don't kid yourself...he didn't come cheap. Guess his settlement will be in 2Q so we will know soon enough.
