McCoach took EXS off his Top 10 list after recommending it Nov 09 EXS is down 65% making it one of McCoach's biggest losers.

I did receive a response to my questions that basically said that:

"The company is run by a Board of Directors and I will do what the board requires to instill shareholder confidence."



My understanding is that the board is made up of CD buddies. Except for Andrew Malim who I considered a board member who was independent but he resigned.

I hope we can get to 3M OZ of Gold before having to go back to the market for money.
