crowe ... if you and arloco can't quite figure out what's been filed, and what it or they count for, is it any wonder the rest of us (or at least me) has had all the so-called "known" dates confused, when they were given as prospective dates.

Is it that now the court in the person of the Judge is still also trying to sort out what it has or doesn't have, regarding things that were ordered?
