After holding for several months, I bailed out of my small position at the open. A private placement by the company at a fraction of the current share price indicates significant short term downside risk IMO. If I were a suspicious person, I'd have to consider the possibility that the selling volume over the last few days might be short sales by entities related to the placees ahead of the expected receipt of shares from the private placement regardless of the legality of same.
