Baristas Coffee (PINK: BCCI) opened its doors for business IN ARIZONA ., . And speaking of flurry, the company’s unique approach to the service industry is sure to stir-up some customers, as well as some criticism. Feast your eyes on this: http://www.baristas.tv/

Baristas is fairly new on the cafe scene, having opened its first franchise for business on April 30, 2011. And the company plans on making a grand entrance. The company hires female models wearing themed costumes with the taste of a pastry as the only thing left to imagine. Hooter’s girls – as the Black Eyed Peas would say, “you’re so 2000 and late!”

Baristas’ products include specialty coffees, top quality smoothies, fresh baked pastries, breakfast sandwiches and other confections – though if you hit up this coffee shop … are you really going for a cinnamon roll?



The company also has an online store, which it launched in November 2010, featuring barista-wear, including hats, T-shirts and other branded items. (Sorry guys, you’ll have to stick to Victoria’s Secret to buy the lingerie for your woman).

Its flagship store opened in Kent, Wash., Monday, September 13, 2010, though it was incorporated in 1996.

The company is focused on expanding the Baristas business model and brand throughout North America and implementing proven operational systems to insure efficient, streamlined, and compliant processes. It company has plans to open 10 locations over the next three years, with an option for 20 additional locations within the territory over the next eight years. It required less than 45 days from the signing of the lease for remodeling, permitting, and staffing to open the franchise.
