Important update on the Skunk site...

Defendants argument in all it's glory.

It really is all about "substantially oil free" and the 95% oil removal figure. It looks like this case will be won or lost on that single point.

If GERS does not get rid of that figure and establish that oil removal from stillage by a device is what their patent covers, this will go against us.

We now can clearly see the branch the defendants are going to hang their hat on.

Can the Greenshift legal team fix the problem, that remains to be seen.
