Need to see the next 10q and trial results published to know. If Himmel pissed away all their money before he left they'll need to do another private placement.Last private placement stock price went down 50% when it was announced. I think sales of Blu could be awful.Himmel leaving and that lawsuit he filed put doubt into the mix and opens up questiions like... Why did they throw $5 million dollars plus at launching Blu right before trial results are released. To me this is a curious ...move.People would be 1000 times more open to trying something new that showed success in clinical trials on humans.People who are open to natural alternatives would never take something with blue dye #742 or whatever number that dye they used to make the pills blue. My wife is the alternative guru in my house and all she keeps saying is why did they put that dye in their stuff....those dyes are poison. I even switched to solarays resveratrol and pteropure to get away from those died blue pills.

I know why they did it.....so all the pills are blue like blueberries....but this shows they don't even understand their target market...the people in that target niche would never take something people put poison dies into just to make them a pretty blue color.

So I need to see the next q. Reading between the lines I think they're not throwing any more money at Blu and will go after more human trials instead. Long term this is their only move and a smart one but....as a trader to me it means years of waiting and 1 or more new private placement fundings...

But...there are some deep pockets supporting the stock price and are propping us up here in the.60's....so maybe you scalp the rich guys who need the stock price up here for more fundings or maybe TEVA or another Frosty buys them out first....so I have no idea what to do here now...Not knowing and betting anyway is guessing. So next 10q and trial results being published could eliminate most of that guessing. For now this a gamble with a big upside...I will feel better when I know the new post Himmel plan.Not disclosing that Himmel lawsuit in an 8k is my only red flag here. So we wait....
