dischino.. did you notice the filing date. Thats what 2 years after edig announced with DM and add to that the year you guys said they took. SO it's 3 years after. So this posted info of yours does not substantiate your comment at all.

2 things regarding your comment. I don't recall anyone saying James Sze didn't know of edig. It was edig didn't know James SZE. Could you please post that info where someone said James SZE didnt' know of edig. Because I follow closely and don't remember that at all.

So the comment made previoulsy about Sze and edig was completely different than just SZE knew of edig.

I know what I have said and I know what Fred Falk emailed me about James Sze. the false comment made previously regarding SZE and Edig was completely refuted by Falk.

Subject: Edig info

Mr Falk could you answer a few questions to set the record straight on information being claimed about Edig.

How did edig Hook up with Duane Morris? FRED: With Pat Nunally leading the way, we "cold called" on numerous law firms, before establishing a business relationship with DM. They were one of the firms we cold called.

DId you guys meet James Sze before Duane Morris came into the picture and was it he who informed you that patent 774 was valuable? FRED: We did not know James Sze before DM came into the picture. Myself and the rest of e.Digital management knew the patents were valuable.

in 1996 you intitiated a lawsuit over patent 774 until the monetization effort and search for a legal team in 2006. Could you explain why no action in those early years of lawsuits? My guess is it was too early and not many violators back in 1996-1999. Is that true. FRED: I'm sorry, but for confidentiality reasons, I cannot answer this question.

Was there a Power switch glitch or problem regarding the Flashback recorder? FRED: As with any new product development, there could have been various types of glitches during the development phase of the project. However, to the best of my recollection, there was no specific power switch problem when the product was launched. I came on board shortly after the Flashback was launched.

Thank You
Brad Long (shareholder since 1999)
