Yes there is, he was a supporter of QASP and an investor. He purchased his debt wraps thinking QASP was an investment and was hoping for the best. There is nothing wrong with that. Now Joe, knowing QASP was a scam, and getting discounted shares from Dean and selling that right away to make a huge profit... there is no excuse for that! Joe was part of the scam, and Jeff was one of the people being scammed. Sorry, face facts. Joe is bad, Jeff is dumb just like the rest of us for thinking QASP was something other than a scam.
