It appears now that Paul must be working with Mr. Barton, and maybe they've decided that Paul will be the public face of the company and handle public affairs, while Barton is still the 51% majority shareholder and will be controlling things from behind the scenes. Just my perception of what could be going on.

But I do know that Barton wants a reverse-merger. So if the majority shareholder wants it, hopefully it does happen.
