Costs over $10k to release 10Q. Since Ike can't dilute now, wonder of he will dish this out of his pocket lol.

IMO the reason why he kept the company current is cause he counted on the scam being granted the RS. And if a company is current, greater odds to whore in brand new legendary venture capitalists to fleece.
