Kenneth Eade's IFLM shares...

I have attempted to sell 200,000 shares of Independent Film Development Corporation pursuant to Rule 144 for the past month, but there is no volume in the stock and they cannot be sold. As I testified at my examination, my wife is holding approximately 7 million shares and I am holding 680,000 shares that have a market value of 20 cents per share, but there is no market for them and it is irrelevant to discuss something that cannot be sold.
