Personally I have never seen the govt. get anything done in 30 days and I really doubt your broker has acess to the sec's work load. If anything will in fact speed up the sec it is a hint of wrong doing. When they get a scent of blood they bring in the big guns. So the slow progress of the sec if anything probably means all is ok. IMO. of course. Good luck finding a lawyer to take that class action suit.
