IMO liberty doesn't use the fairhills money ever

how about that

lets see how brisco comes up with a partner or more private placement money as he tours the country
with liang's help
and BTW this happens within 3 months
when the fairhills deal expires(they could always renew too)

so where is the dilution?

a JV after
then the copper in the ground gets extracted and
we watch it all happen
