Every news release is a scam, if suckers buy Rox and Armando are selling. It does not take a brain surgeon to see Rox is the queen of scam. She gives free shares to pumpers then makes bogus news releases never follows through with anything. She knows there are many suckers who will buy into the news. Potential buyers do your DD on Rox. SEC will shut her down any day just like EMXC.
