All, just got back in. Long but fruitful day really understanding what these guys do. Very interesting company. It not just military and security although they really seem to know their stuff. My personal opinion and that of my friend is that this is a sleeping giant. They have so much growth potential and have not even scratched the surface here in the US.
The company is embarking on a $5Mill+ project here in the US where they will be investing in a major facilty based near miami that will be their global headquarters and house their new helicopter operations for the ak1 helicopter they sell. This thing is awesome! we went through alot of data and perfomance videos on the product. The new facilities will also house the telecoms infrastructure equipment as well. they say that this new facility once fully operational could generate in the order of $15M - 25Mill per year in as little as the first 2 years. we are going to look at the facility at 11am tomorrow morning.
i asked about their current deals. from what i was told, one of the contracts is being delivered as we speak, I got to see pictures of the facilities in Dubai and pictures of the cars coming off the line. The other contract has not started delivery yet due to delays in the customers contract but is scheduled to start this month.
I understand that the company will be looking to raise some capital and is proposing a share right issue to ONLY its existing shareholders. So if you have not already regsitered your email address with the company, i really suggest you all do it now.
seems my friend has a very close relationship with the CEO and is looking to invest more. There is also talk of a high profile investor/board member coming on board as well.
all in all a trip well worth it. I'm in for the long term, and looking to pick up some more once they put out the right issue.
do your own homework and make contact with the company. i think were on a major winner.
