Triangle Capital Corporation (NYSE:TCAP) ("Triangle" or the "Company"), a leading provider of capital to lower middle market companies located throughout the United States, announced today that it closed a $10.5 million investment in CIS Holdings Corporation ("CIS"). CIS designs and modifies commercial off-the-shelf information technology equipment to meet military and intelligence community requirements.
