You do realize the company has diluted the O/S from 2M to 70M in just 1 year, not to mention coming off two R/S in the past three years.

WRONG! What makes you think they are done diluting at this point?

Implement a R/S and it's rinse and repeat, this could go much lower before it goes back up. Lets not forget about getting delisted to the pinksheets, then it has a long ways to go before reaching a bottom...

BTW, nobody is shorting this at these levels, short interest is currently extremely low as of 6/15/2012, only 243,740 short shares out of 68M float, do the math.lol
