If you say news after the bell that means that you heard that there will be news after the bell or you have some sort of inside. If you say, "I hope we see news after the bell" that means that you hope, and don't know.

All the guy is saying is don't post something you don't know and if you do say something like that just say IMO or something.

This is a silly conversation.
