GWBU's auditor jumps ship, read 8K

maybe that Auditor did not want to end up in jail with the rest of the gang.

He had a disagreement regarding the 8-K filed by the Company on April 11, 2012 and some other issues.

Clearly that Start-FEED device is absolutely not working,
this kind of scam ( with the same device) has been pulled by 2 former companies. So from what is the company going to make revenues?
From fooling peeps into buying that useless overpriced device?
