It was a guess. How could it be more than that? I'm not a holder of more than 5% ownership, therefore I will always be last to know something new.

What difference does it make if news comes after the bell today, next Monday, or next month?

The pps is of no significance at this point....like everybody here that is truly a long should be doing....I have been buying weekly and accumulating as warrant holders exercise their rights to buy and sell.

I am anticipating in the near future a pr statement to confirm.

News will be good! How good...I don't know!
