yeah extremely concerning... they obviously know how to reverse merger.. sooooo basically how do they get someone to reverse merger with them now they have screwed the pooch?


They set up another Muscle Pharm on another exchange outside of the US... they can keep the same name, trade under a different symbol, with a different share structure because it will have been basically reverse split up to that new symbol..

MPH:DE on the berlin exchange looks like it is an exit strategy more than anything... why not say anything about it? its obviously there..
