I'm all ears for an explaination. But the question is...if it is not shorting and just someone selling millions of shares each day over the past several trading days through ARCA to liquidate their position then why now? When this is the lowest pps we have seen in several months?

I'm long and have a considerable amount of shares so I'm not trying to sway anyone here. I'm just looking for a logical explaination.
