Thanks 1manband, for your response to my PM. You pretty well confirmed my opinion on the RRHI hype and website.

I feel the pictures used on the website are misleading to say the least. While there is no outright claim that the equipment, operations, ore and smelted gold are actually theirs, there is no disclaimer either. I feel new investors who do not know the origin of the pictures could be impressed and think they are investing in a working mine with extensive operations.

The company apparently spent a large portion of its remaining cash on a series of paid promotions in early May. Unless they have somehow raised cash, they must be nearly broke by now.

They do own 80% of a public subsidiary RPTND, which just completed a reverse split, name change (to Mabwe Minerals Inc.) and change of domicile to WY. That company has no assets at present but has been hyped as, "...a mining & mineral company created to optimize the abundant mineral/metal resources of the company's World Class, hydrothermal mountain range home to Dodge Mine located in Shamva, Zimbabwe."

I question why they would transfer the "asset" of the Dodge Mine to a susidiary in which they only hold an 80% interest unless the asset is not worth much and they plan to sell stock. Along with the reverse split, they did increase the A/S from 200,000,000 to 500,000,000 with only about 100,000,000 I/O at present.
