Negative. Facts are in court docs filed (and approved) in a Federal court.

QSGI is paying for a great portion of this lawsuit against IBM.

That is not 'opinion' under any definition.

Nothing comical or funny about that, especially for a company that seems to be having a very difficult time getting current, keeping shareholders informed, and is involved in two lengthy lawsuits, and is under current SEC investigation.
