When I think of pump and dumps, I think of company's that put out fluff PR's to accomplish whatever goals they might have. Hardly the case with EVDR's very solid news, going current with OTC, not one but two mergers! Also the fact that there have been just a few emails going out to create pre promo awareness is hardly a pump and dump. We will see the pps catch up with the news on EVDR soon enough. Sometimes it takes abit for good news to sink in and the market catch up with it.
