There is one scenario where it could happen. However, the scenario would be a meticulously planned action.

They would have to buy back as many shares as possible overnight on the Berlin Exchange, seeing as how its deregulated. This would take at least $20M on hand minimum.. at these prices.. because the price will go up if they are buying that fast.. also they would have to return all of their bonus shares..

20M/.015 is what.... about 1,333,333,333 shares..@.015 but you wont get them all for that price..

the math is not exact but you get the idea.. Yes it is possible... No it is not plausible..

IF that did happen I could almost 100% assure you there will be about 30M-40M shares dumped on the market of people simply cashing out..
