I wonder what makes this GPR119 receptor agonist so unique. Is it a matter of potency, unique chemical structure, or maybe trial design? Or perhaps just a fluke early signal?

My bet is on chemical structure. Seen a few medicinal chemistry papers and all players were tweaking & optimizing small conformational changes that made profound differences in the molecules properties.
