Pondering this line of reasoning. Logically, a communication effort with current and prospective shareholders is geared to securing support and locking in investment dollars. They are not going on tour with 2 hour stops to ink a JV. This is about building interest in the company longterm. This "could" be billion dollar mining venture, but doesn't have the capacity to get there over night. Shareholder support will go a long way to determining the cost of raising capital, JV equity positions, etc. The more support long term, the mor likely we get there without significant changes to share structure.
