Evap to crystalize would make water consumption go way up.
It would be a great option in AZ desert if the water were plentiful, as evap is a given out there for any exposed water
I was a little surprised at the 9 drill recommend, given that in H2 2011 AMY did do a number of drills, registered in the AZ well database, bringing the total they have registered to over a dozen (don't remember the exact info, put it in a post to this board somewhere around Q3/Q4 boundary 2011.
The recommend makes it sound like they came up too dry.
