Heck it didn't.. we could per/split the .39 price into .0156C or .08C as IBC top price per share (or close to it) or .08 x's 25 = $2.00 or 1666 x's 2.00 which = $3332. or .39x's 1666 which = $650.bucks or,we can demagogue it with Nether scam math! or look @ the chart(either way they should never ever run a company again esp a pink shell.. am sure if the chart lied...the SEC would be all over it
