Just wondering - are you a shareholder of Office Max or Staples? If not, why are you on this board? You surely aren't a shareholder of ODP.

Your information is appreciated - but still puzzeling why you would take that much time to post it. It had to take a while.

The pending lawsuits were mentioned in their last annual report. As such, it's already factored into the stock price.

Possibly you're a short seller. That's probably what it is. Right?
