Your SPECULATION could be accurate, but I would guess that they drafted out the payment before the process started. Another speculation could be that SNDY before consulting expert resources decided to say they were going to post a time line. Because there is no way to guarantee the timeline were advised not to post it. What if a time line existed and was not met? It would be even more detrimental than not posting one at all. I believe this is the situation. Sometimes no news is good news, but expected news and not delivering is devastating. Ok, so they did not post the time line! Much better than posting it and not living up to expectations of the timeline which is out their control.
